Holiday Return Policy

AntiApparel will extend the return/exchange policy to allow all non-sale items purchased after November 15th to be returned for a full refund or exchange by January 8th, or 30 days after the purchase date, whichever is later. Sale items can be exchanged within this timeframe for the amount of the sale price. NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS!! EXCHANGE ONLY!!

AntiApparel Order Return/Exchange Process

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from AntiApparel we will provide a full refund or exchange on all non-sale items returned within 15 days of when the items were received; provided the items have all their original tags attached, are unworn, and have never been washed. Items returned after 15 days but within 30 days will qualify for store credit or exchange. Sale items can be returned for exchange or store credit only in the amount of the sale price. ***All orders shipped with free freight discount (i.e. domestic U.S. orders over $75) and returned for a full or partial refund will be charged a $6 restocking fee. The fee will be subtracted from your refund.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. All returns are subject to our inspection and approval. We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is determined to be worn or damaged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Items that do not meet these standards will be sent back at the expense of the customer.

On exchanges made for an item of lesser value, the customer shall receive store credit in the amount of the remaining balance. For exchanges made for items of greater value, the customer will be accessed a fee in the amount of the overage. AntiApparel will pay for the fees associated with the shipment of the newly exchanged item(s) for the initial exchange. Shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer for all subsequent exchanges.

How to Make a Return or Exchange

To return or exchange an item from AntiApparel, simply pack the original invoice and merchandise in a secure package and mail to the address on the bottom of this screen. Note: AntiApparel is not responsible for misplaced mail. Please ensure that your package gets to our return address by insuring your return package.

Please indicate on the original invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the item product ID, name, size, and color.
