Atwater represents the freshest face of modern surf apparel. Created by native California design veterans Dean Bradley and Scott Madison, Atwater’s aim is true…to give profound respect to the beach culture and heritage of Southern California. Atwater will consistently draw from the classic heritage of beach life, simultaneously incorporating an elegant, fashion forward and more sophisticated side to casual surfwear that we call “city surf”. The concept of city surf bridges the gap between surfwear, streetwear, and contemporary fashion, something that before now, has never been achieved by any of the volume surfwear makers. The surf apparel market is currently stagnant. Nothing new or exciting has been produced with a consistent message or theme (in recent years). Each of the surf apparel lines resemble each other and are indistinct. Atwater’s goal is to create an original and gigher quality product with a level of design that has been tested and proven by two veteran market leaders in the core surf market. For example, the current Atwater innovations of new board short technologies will eclipse the competition and still be priced within reach of our core consumer. The surfwear apparel market is a tightly knit Orange County-based community and the leaders of Atwater are poised to strongly connect the Atwater line with their culture and community. AntiApparel.com is proud to feature Atwater clothing including tee shirts, sweatshirts, boardshorts, hats, longsleeves, and more!
